Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will provide a replacement or refund after verification.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact service@yrbantrow.com for return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
